(Fitchburg, MA) – Hyosung has partnered with IC Federal Credit Union (ICFCU), authorized Hyosung dealer Branchserv, and FIS Global to implement a core integration, for a direct, self-service option that their members can access 24/7. This new partnership, along with our existing mobile and online platforms, is part of IC’s strategic initiatives to create easy and convenient use of banking products for their Members.
IC was the lead beta tester in the core integration of this ITM with The FIS Miser core. While working diligently with Hyosung and FIS, they were able to launch this self-service unit, while still adding enhanced options.
