Tony Manno is responsible for Nautilus Hyosung America Service organization. He has been in the ATM service business for over 34 years, in various leadership roles at both Fujitsu and NCR Corporation. His service responsibilities at NHA extend to both the NHA direct field service organization as well as all NHA customer service and support needs including training, warranty assistance, technical support, parts and customer care.
Tony has an extensive background in field service operations with prior responsibilities for managing service teams as large as 2500 technicians, as well being accountable for all the supporting functions such as training, technical support, and call center operations. His experience in the service business will complement the rest of the organization as the business continues to significantly grow in the US market. Tony has lived in Europe and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
