Sandy Dixon – Founder, Sandy Dixon & Associates
With nearly four decades of banking experience, Sandy Dixon has helped execute multiple transformations. Sandy most recently served as EVP/Group Executive – Operations of Extraco Banks, a $1.2 billion bank located in Central Texas, overseeing Vault, Loan and Deposit Operations, Application Management, Debit Card Management and an ATM channel that included 36 intelligent deposit ATMS. She was instrumental in improving branch efficiencies utilizing teller capture and cash recyclers/dialogue towers coupled with streamlined processes for enhanced customer service. Sandy specializes in multi-channel and omni-channel concepts.
Bob Meara – Senior Analyst, Celent
Bob Meara is a senior analyst in Celent's banking group. Mr. Meara’s research focuses on the branch and ATM delivery channels, customer analytics and check and cash payment processing technologies. A well-known authority on remote deposit capture, Mr. Meara has led multiple consulting engagements including several proprietary research projects involving financial services hardware, software and the impact of self-service on branch banking.
Before joining Celent, Mr. Meara was the director of product marketing at Alogent. In this role, he positioned and launched a series of Check 21 payments solutions.
Prior to Alogent, Mr. Meara has also held positions in marketing and brand management at Stonebridge Technologies, Telemate.net Software, BellSouth, Hayes Corporation, and Procter & Gamble in addition to being a commissioned naval officer. Mr. Meara earned a B.S. in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Andy Orent – President and CEO, Hyosung Americas
Andy Orent has been in the Financial Services Technology industry for 30 years. Prior to joining Hyosung, Orent was VP, Oracle Banking Platform, where he was responsible for delivering the go-to-market elements for new banking solutions. Prior to joining Oracle, Orent led the World Wide Financial Services Industry team at Hewlett Packard (HP) since 2008. At HP, Orent and his team were responsible for strategy, solution portfolio development, and go-to-market positioning for this key segment.
