As Chief Operating Officer of Hyosung Americas, she leads the company’s $500M ATM technology business providing strategic oversight of Sales while driving performance across Service, Operations, and Software Development. Under her leadership, the company returned to profitability, achieved double-digit revenue growth, and successfully executed a $65M recapitalization restoring market confidence and positioning the business for sustained growth.

Known for resolving complex challenges and closing high-value deals, Nancy is a multilingual C-suite leader with M&A experience spanning transactions from $4M to $6B. She has driven acquisition and integration strategies for both private equity-backed and public companies.
