Hyosung Extends Retail ATM Warranties in Response to COVID-19
(Dallas, TX) April 1st, 2020
– This is an unprecedented time in our industry, and we know that every ATM operator is potentially struggling now. It is unknown how long our industry will remain affected, but along with many of our partners and customers, we want to help wherever we can. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hyosung America has made a decision to extend Retail ATM warranties for all Halo II, 2700, Force, and 5200SE, models that are set to expire between January 1 and December 31, 2020.
This extension will add 12 additional months of coverage to those warranties. For example, a warranty expiring on February 12, 2020 will now be extended to February 12, 2021. If the warranty has already expired in 2020, Hyosung America will retroactively credit that account.
