Since joining Hyosung in November 2020, Patricia has brought nearly two decades of ATM industry experience to her role, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and a commitment to growth.

Q: How long have you worked at Hyosung, and when did you start?
A: I’ve been with Hyosung for 4 years and 8 months. I started on November 9, 2020.
Q: Can you tell us a little more about your background and how you joined the company?
A: My career in ATMs began in 2006 within the franchise sector. Over the years, I worked across operations, customer service, sales, and project management. I learned about Hyosung from an industry colleague and was excited by the opportunity. Since joining, I’ve continued to expand my industry knowledge.
Q: What was your first impression of Hyosung?
A: My first impression of Hyosung was very positive. I felt encouraged by the team’s professionalism and the collaborative environment.
Q: Are there any important skills or attributes for someone pursuing a career here? Anything surprising about your role or team?
A: For someone looking to pursue a career here, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and communication skills are key. What may surprise others is the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of our roles—we’re constantly learning, improving, and working cross-functionally to serve our clients.
Q: Can you summarize your day-to-day responsibilities?
A: As an Inside Sales Manager, I oversee a wide range of activities—from managing customer accounts to supporting the field sales team. Each day brings something new, and I enjoy being at the heart of customer solutions and internal operations.
Q: What inspires you every day?
A: What inspires me every day is the opportunity to make a difference. I take pride in helping customers and team members succeed.
Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
A: In five years, I see myself growing both personally and professionally—continuing to lead, mentor, and possibly expanding into new areas of the business.
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: Outside of work, I really value spending quality time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
Q: Do you have a favorite memory or standout accomplishment at Hyosung?
A: I don’t have a single specific incident that stands out—what I truly appreciate are the everyday moments of collaboration and team wins. They remind me why I love what I do.
