For September, we’re proud to celebrate Yennifer Pena, our Field Service Manager, as Employee of the Month.

Yennifer has been part of the Hyosung family for nearly seven years and continues to lead with excellence, dedication, and a passion for growth.

Q: How long have you worked at Hyosung, and when did you start?
A: I’ve been with Hyosung for almost 7 years. I started on October 15, 2018.

Q: Can you tell us a little more about your background and how you joined the company?
A: I have a strong background in IT, computer science, and CCTV. I joined the company because I saw myself building a career here.

Q: What was your first impression of Hyosung?
A: My first impression was that this is a company full of opportunities.

Q: Are there any important skills or attributes for someone pursuing a career here? Anything surprising about your role or team?
A: The biggest thing in this organization that makes us different is that it doesn’t matter how long you’ve worked here to be successful here, all you need is a strong work ethic, communication skills, and adaptability.

Q: Can you summarize your day-to-day responsibilities?
A: I oversee all the service tickets across more than five states and over 80 FSEs in the central region. My goal everyday is deliver customer satisfaction and hit the customer expectations closing over 1500 tickets a week

Q: What inspires you every day?
A: The chance to continue growing and climbing the corporate ladder motivates me every day. I’m driven by the opportunities to make an impact and to keep moving forward.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
A: I would like to be a Regional Operations Director, leading larger teams and continuing to drive success for the organization.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: I enjoy playing soccer—it’s a great way to stay active and competitive outside the office.

Q: Do you have a favorite memory or standout accomplishment at Hyosung?
A: My most recent accomplishment was working with the FSEs in the 230org to demonstrate different management styles and present alternative ways to get things done. My time spent with them has resulted in positive growth in a short amount of time. It was a proud moment to see everyone come together and achieve success.
