(Lubbock, TX) August 28th, 2020 – ALLIANCE Credit Union, of Lubbock, TX, recently teamed up with Hyosung and Bancsource to launch a line of ALLIANCE Express Terminals for their members. The credit union opened a new branch in July and made plans to install two new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) that offer their members an incredibly efficient way to make cash and check transactions. During the process of installation at the new branch, the credit union opted to add two additional ITMs to an existing branch located in the Medical District, and another machine at their main branch to give their members a true self-service experience. In total, Hyosung and Bancsource were able to upgrade the credit union with five new machines that require no contact with any banking personnel.

Installing Hyosung’s ITM created a significant transformation for the credit union’s new and existing branches. This was the first core connected integration with CMC Flex core customers, a challenge that Bancsource and Hyosung were able to tackle by working in great cooperation with each other. The upgrades allowed the credit union to have more agility in the way they serve their members. Staffing has become more efficient by allowing employees to focus on members in the lobby that need advanced transactional help or are opening new accounts. Additionally, this has allowed many ALLIANCE members access to the full spectrum of financial services, both after-hours and on weekends. Overall, the implementation of Hyosung’s ITMs and core-integrated solutions, have provided quality financial services solutions for the credit union’s community.

“ALLIANCE is proud to further our technology capabilities to better serve our members and meet their unique needs for access to their financial services. We love the idea of our members being able to conduct their business 24/7 at our ALLIANCE Express Terminals.” Said Abbie Jones of ALLIANCE Credit Union.

Jeff Chick, the CEO of Bancsource, had this to say about the project, “ALLIANCE Credit Union, in Lubbock, TX, completely changed their member transaction experience over the last few months with the Bancsource/Hyosung Branch Transformation solution. Their FLEX core-integrated solution has eliminated the need for members to come into branches for 90% of in-branch transactions, which provides members a true self-service experience.  ALLIANCE Credit Union is a financial institution technology leader in West Texas, who has enhanced Member Experience with this self-service delivery investment in their ATM/ITM network.”
