Nov. 7, 2016 — NuSource Financial and Heritage Bank, an institution with offices serving customers in Minnesota and Iowa, are partnering in a branch transformation project featuring “next generation” personal teller technology from Nautilus Hyosung.

Customers of the Wilmar, Minnesota-based FI will be able to use self-service technology to perform transactions that previously only live tellers could provide, according to a press release from NuSource.

“Heritage Bank chose to sign with Nautilus Hyosung to advance our customer experience by offering teller-assisted technology in a powerful ATM,” said Senior VP Kelly Pickle, in the release. “This provided a complete package with both transactional resources and digital customer interactions to help position us as leaders in banking technology. Heritage Bank chose to sign with NuSource Financial for the value-added service that only a local business partner can provide.”

“We are delighted to be working with the Heritage Bank team,” said NuSource President Jon Erpelding, in the release. “It’s so exciting to see firsthand how PTM technology enhances the customer experience. What is truly unique about our solution is that you don’t need a teller to assist through every transaction, so clients are seeing a very quick ROI. When you create a great customer experience and a quick ROI, it’s a win-win for everyone.”
