Hyosung and Bancsource Upgrade Lubbock-Based Credit Union With 5 New ITMs
Installing Hyosung’s ITM created a significant transformation for the credit union’s new and existing branches. This was the first core connected integration with CMC Flex core customers, a challenge that Bancsource and Hyosung were able to tackle by working in great cooperation with each other. The upgrades allowed the credit union to have more agility in the way they serve their members. Staffing has become more efficient by allowing employees to focus on members in the lobby that need advanced transactional help or are opening new accounts. Additionally, this has allowed many ALLIANCE members access to the full spectrum of financial services, both after-hours and on weekends. Overall, the implementation of Hyosung’s ITMs and core-integrated solutions, have provided quality financial services solutions for the credit union’s community.
